Cancellation Before Project Commencement

If you cancel your project before we begin work, you will receive a full refund. This applies to situations where:

• The project proposal has not been signed by both parties.
• No development work has begun on your project.

Cancellation After Project Commencement

Cancellations after project commencement are subject to the following fees:

• **Up to 25% completion:** A 25% cancellation fee will be applied to the total project cost.
• **25% to 50% completion:** A 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the total project cost.
• **More than 50% completion:** The full project cost will be due.

These fees reflect the work already completed on your project at the time of cancellation. Any unused funds will be refunded within 10 business days of the cancellation.
